We offer a one and a half year warranty for our valves. If any quality issues arise from our side during this period, we will provide a free replacement.
What do NO and NC mean in the valve specifications?
NO stands for Normally Open: the valve closes when energized and opens when de-energized. NC stands for Normally Closed: the valve opens when energized and closes when de-energized.
What is the recommended installation method?
We suggest horizontal installation to extend the service life of the valve. However, vertical installation is also acceptable if required by specific application constraints.
What are the shipping options for international orders?
For small orders, express delivery is most efficient. For bulk orders, sea shipment is more cost-effective though it takes longer. Air shipment is also available as a mid-range option.
