1. Body Design

Integral body design offers greater rigidity against fluctuating pipe loads and eliminates potential leak paths associated with two-piece designs. Both wafer and flange connections are supported.

2. Core/Ball

The specially designed V-notch ball provides strong cutting stress and tight sealing. Surface treatments including Hard Chromium, Nitriding, and HCOF are available to improve hardness, abrasion resistance, and high-temperature performance.

3. Seat & Stem

Pressure-energized seat designs offer excellent sealing even at very low differential pressures. The finely ground stem matches the actuator perfectly, preventing rocking motion and potential failure.
